Like, really busy.  I’m not sure if I am the only one who finds this, but the January – March is typically a pretty quiet time for us. I always find that during those few months, I really get things done. I write more posts, I cook more home meals, and I complete more home projects. 30 Quick and Easy 30 Minute Dinners And then, April hits.  April is a crazy month for us. A bunch of our friends have birthday’s this month so our weekends are busier. And, the weekdays are busier because work begins to pick up some more speed.  This April has felt particularly busy as I have a few projects on the go, and also because my husband is going through some pretty intense courses at work.  You know when you wake up, work, and suddenly it’s the end of the day and you’ve forgot to have coffee, eat lunch, or even begin to think about dinner? Yeah, that’s what it’s been like lately.  It’s these sorts of weeks that I rely on meals that are super quick to whip up. Of course though, we are foodies so we’re not willing to sacrifice flavour for speed! Here are 30 Quick and Easy 30 Minute Dinners that have us saying YUM!
