Easy Glowing Bridal Makeup Tutorial
Happy Monday everyone! Today I am back, and I’m getting bridal!
As I am writing this, we are only 20 days away from our wedding! I honestly cannot believe it.
We got engaged 2 years ago, our big day felt like it was a million years away. And now we are only a few weeks away. I guess time truly does fly when you’re having fun, right?
Every time I think about how close our big day is my heart skips a beat. I cannot wait to marry the person I have so adored and loved these last 8 years, and to have them be my forever person.
Anyway, leading up to our big day I have been sharing a few makeup tutorials for all of the DIY brides out there.
I have been thinking I’ll do my makeup for our wedding, but I am nervous to take on that responsibility on a day that I may be feeling jittery – what do you guys think: get it done or do it myself? Let me know in the comments!
Today’s bridal look is a soft and glowy look.
It is quite natural and because it’s so soft and glowy it really wears beautifully outdoors.
If you’re getting married outside and are expecting a sunny day, then you’ll definitely want to go for a softer makeup look. In general, the sun can make your makeup appear more harsh and obvious.
In general, the sun makes your makeup appear more obvious If you have sharper lines or contour, these will be more obvious in direct sunlight, and they may photograph harshly.
Rather than contour, softly bronze your skin. Instead of using a black eyeliner on your eyes, try a softer brown shade. These are easy ways to make your makeup look appear softer and natural in daylight.
