Matcha Collagen Latte Recipe
I’ve been a matcha fan for quite some time, and if you follow me on Instagram then you likely know that a matcha latte is pretty much a staple in my daily diet.
Recently though, I was sent Sproos Marine Collagen, Grass Fed Collagen, Skin & Hair Collagen, and Gut Collagen. It got me thinking of stepping up my usual matcha latte to a matcha collagen latte, instead.
This matcha collagen latte recipe is super delicious and jam-packed with healthy ingredients.
Matcha has a ton of great health benefits to it, which is why I began drinking it in the first place. It contains L-Theanine which apparently can help to calm your mind, improve your energy, boost mental clarity, and even give you better sleeps.
Also, matcha helps boost your metabolism and support healthy weight loss.

One major benefit of matcha is that it really helps soothe nerves and provides anxiety-relief – which I absolutely need. I have had anxiety for years and I love that matcha can really help calm my mind and my nerves.
Collagen has tons of benefits, too!
Taking collagen supplements is supposed to also be great for your health. It’s said that collagen can help support healthy joints and reduce joint pain, improve gut health, and slow/or reduce the signs of aging.

Matcha Collagen Latte Recipe
Looking to calm your mind, boost your energy, improve your mental focus, support healthy joints, and get beautiful skin? Well then this is the drink for you. This Matcha Collagen Latte is jam-packed with healthy ingredients and benefits to support your overall health and well-being.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk (or milk substitute)
- 1 tsp of honey
- 1 packet of Sproos Collagen
- 1 Cup Hot Water
- 1 tsp matcha
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender
- Blend until all ingredients are mixed into a smooth and creamy texture
- Pour into a mug and enjoy!
Notes
I used Skin & Hair Collagen in today's matcha collagen latte, but you can use any Sproos Collagen! I recommend the Sproos Grass-Fed Collagen or the Sproos Marine Collagen
