I recently started a new job and just like with anything new, there’s been a bit of a learning curve. There are new systems, new faces, new names, and so much more that is all new – it’s exciting but it’s also a bit overwhelming!

Whenever I start something new, whether it be a job, a project, a class, or whatever else, I like to prepare for it with meal prep. Going from working from home to working in an office has made it especially important to meal prep since I no longer can just pop to the kitchen for a quick snack when I would like.
